This item was described as new but was delivered not wrapped in its new wrapper, was wrapped with food wrapping. I have purchased many of these exact BBs new over the years and know exactly whats right. This means the box can be opened without braking the seal and the phone and contents can be removed. The sim pin is also missing. The BB itself also does not work, seem or feel right, it has a problem with charging and it keeps faulting back to the screen lock position - Full Refund !

Phone arrived with French keyboard. This was not advertised or shown in the photographs when I made the purchase. How did the seller obtain their stock?
It was an expensive item, and I am disappointed with my purchase - through no fault of my own.
When I asked for a refund, the seller was tricky and manipulative. I'm not going to playing games with them. That's what feedback is for.
