I do everything possible to show item's as accurately as possible - returns cost me for the wasted postage so I have no desire to mislead. Despite accurate descriptions and photographs on a ruler to show the size visually this buyer still "expected it to be bigger" than advertised.

I would give shipping one star but it isn’t the seller’s fault so I gave 5*. LOVE THE CHARM!!
