Do not fall for the fake promises or misleading listings—they have no intention of delivering what they advertise. You will receive an absolute joke package filled with very recent sets in Japanese. I placed an order and not only did they “lose” my package, but it also took them over a month just to ship it. I totally understand your frustration with the package getting lost, however it happens from time to time with the carriers and it is unfortunately out of our control. I do my best as I did send you a replacement to compensate even for the delays caused by the carrier. Furthermore, the only possibility of Japanese is the Booster Box, everything else you received must be English, so I am unsure of how to help you with your confusion.

(Not shippers fault) Got a decent amount of English packs but some Japanese. Got two tins and a Pokemon go mewtwo v deck box. Firstly, I appreciate you understanding that when delays happen, especially with the tariff situations right now, it is out of my control. Not all boxes are the same and the next box definitely could be luckier. I'm glad that even with an unlucky box, you still got decent value for your money.
