Items shipped as show exactly on pictures. Most of our customers would have no problem with the quality. We understand it's hard to please every single customer. As said earlier we have no problem to except the items back. Once received eBay will issue refund promptly. A negative feedback is unnecessary as we have been communicate with this buyer.
