Item arrived on time, and it works. I just wish they would have been more descriptive on the condition of the item. They just said "good" without going into detail about the scratches on the screen or the fact the joycons don't lock in place. It's more like "acceptable" than "good". It doesn't take too much effort to mention that in the listing. Could have taken photos of the scratches too. Props to them for fast shipping.

We respectfully disagree with the feedback and the condition of the item. Our ad clearly showed the Joycons securely locked in and functioning as expected. Item was tested prior to shipment with a test Lego game with no joycons unlocking. We explicitly noted in our ad that the item had scratches and included four separate photos taken from different angles to provide the best that we could to show the screen. The customer did not contact us about any issues prior to leaving this feedback.
