According to the seller, my item was mixed up with someone else's order. I won't give the seller a negative review. But I think ALL sellers should do a better job at quality control. This seller isn't the only one that sent me a 14k gold wrong item (there have been 5 in the last 14 days so I am suffering from return fatigue). Your experience could be different from mine.
