I sent a refund to make it go away but let them know my displeasure with being extorted. I paid to appease and they still left bad feedback afterward. A completely disingenuous person and bad faith transaction, and general passive aggressive liar. Almost 15 years of 99.9% positive feedback on 10k transactions should tell anyone the problem is not with me.
