The seller listed the condition of the part as “New” erroneously, attempted to get me to cancel the case against them and offered to resolve the issue directly. The part was a heat pipe assembly for a Alienware Area-51m R2. The part I receive had thermal materials that had died out, ripped and filthy.
The seller did not issue a full refund and failed to provide a shipping label. eBay had to step in to rectify the situation.
I hope eBay keeps this review up, as it is a respectful and honest.
