Yes I have contacted seller. I'm neither impressed by the seller or the item. In fact I am still fuming with their attitude. The item wasn't adequate or safe for a harness for any animal at lone my dog. The only thing it was fit for was a mannequin for safety purposes. I was shocked regarding the whole thing. I have kept the item to show the dog owners world just what I was sent & how unsafe it would be for a ferret alone a small dog puppy or otherwise.
